Spearfishing Rubber Weight Belt

When freediving or spearfishing some weight is required to offset the buoyancy of your wetsuit and natural water displacement. A rubber or elastic belt is the preferred choice as it will hug the body when diving instead of sliding around, and can also flex and stretch allowing divers to breath deep. The buckle is a classic roller-quick release which allows the belt to fall away instantly if pulled in an emergency. This 1.5m belt has ample room for weights and is also a great place to mount knives and accessories. 

Always remember to never freedive or spearfish with too much weight! You should be able to float with your head above the water even with a weight belt, the weights will help you stay down but should not drag you under.
